Hi guys,

We're looking at implementing RightNow chat to replace our current system and the first thing I have to demonstrate is whether we can implement a 'status' check for use by other parts of our system to know if Chat is available or not. 
Has anyone else implemented this? A pointer to the appropriate doc would be perfect, as this morning's dive through hasn't been helpful
