Can you tell me where to find the MD50 Equivalent to use for the True Cloud Methodology (TCM)?

I am working on an Oracle PLM Cloud implementation and am looking for the Functional and Technical Specification Documents versions to use for TCM. In the distant past we used the MD50 (for Functional Requirements) and MD70 (for Technical Requirements), but I am interested in understanding if these are updated Functional Specification Document templates and Technical Design Document templates when using TCM for a Cloud PLM implementation?
