Role Provisioning for CWR to EMP

We have business requirement of Contingent Worker converted to Employees.
We want to assign preboarding tasks to employee before first day. So, we want to auto provision the role. During the this hire process, we use 'Add Employee Work Relationship' HR Action.

We also don't want to auto provision the role to all the existing Contingent Worker. We want to auto provision the role those specific employee who moved from CWR to to EMP.
How can we achieve this?
