How to send Notifications to Multiple Contacts on a Service Provider for spot bid tenders

I'm trying to understand if it possible to apply the same configuration described in also to spot bid tenders sent to more than one SP.

By doing the same configuration on the agent (which is going to be based on the event SHIPMENT TENDER - TENDER SPOT BID SENT instead of the event SHIPMENT TENDER - TENDERED) this is not working because the ASSIGN VARIABLE action to fulfill $ADDITIONAL_CONTACT_GID will return more than one value (one per service provider in case the spot bid is sent to more than one SP).

From the main agent I can run a for each to retrieve all the contact groups to be notified, but then I loose the notification xml from the original event so I can sent notifications but the content will be empty. I also tried from that for each on the contact level to recall the shipment with another for each in order to send the notification from a shipment type agent but again the xml is empty.
