HI all

We have a requirement we have a DFF field for absence submission page , the DFF field called Delegate_Employees which will list the Active Employee name and Submitter can choose the Employee who will be delegate during the submitter leave period , all is working well , but we have requirement when the notification need to send to delegate when he submitted the absence or when he created vacation rule is it possible ?
