Metadata Changes

Summary:

As an Admin, we would like to get an email once someone makes changes to the metadata in FCCS.

Notifications under User Preferences are turned on for Job Console, however it appears this only emails the actual person running jobs in the Job Console.

How are other folks getting real-time notifications when the system is changing (esp. Metadata changes)?
