related to this previous topic (https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/407761f354). I have created a custom text for non working hours


I want to do the same thing for non available agents situation:  So, in this case,is possible to show an alternate content directly (without having to wait a minimun of 120 secs - minimun value for setting USER_WAIT_QUEUE_TIMEOUT)
