How to enable pop-up notification on Offerings page

Summary: On Offerings page we need to create one pop-up notification when we click on “Save and Close” the Pop up dialogue box can show that “Do you want to communicate the changes in dates to enrolled users?” “Yes or No” only by clicking yes the notification should trigger to enrolled users.

Is there any functionality to enable the pop up message. We need to create one custom alert on the basis of the pop alert.
