Documentation on Licensing and Certification for LMS

Summary:

Hi, We wish to start using licensing and certifications and use our LMS/Talent profile to keep a track of our licenses and make sure that they are renewed as it is critical for our business.

Does anyone know where I can find documentation on best practice in OLC or do anyone wish to share how they are doing?
