Exceptions should not allow the work order to be completed

Summary:

The business requires that exceptions affecting work orders with status unrealase and release cannot be completed while the exception is still in open status.

Content:

When the dispatch list for an order is completed with an exception, the message is a warning, but that does not prevent the order from being completed.

Is there any configuration so that the message, instead of being a warning, is an error, and that the work order can only be completed when the exception is closed?

Reviewing the plant parameters, there is nothing that allows this functionality.
