Notifications for Agreement Controls to Buyer and Contract Manager

We have a requirement to create a notification to the Buyer and the Contract Manager when one of the conditions is triggered.

Currently if we create a CPA with a control of 80% of the spend as the control, the only heads that is created is a yellow warning triangle that only the buyer can see on the agm line when looking under manage agreements.

It would be beneficial to our organization if a notification was created once a control has been met and sent to the Buyer and the Contract Manager.

Is it possible?
