Inspiration to build this utility stems from Essbase block limits error during Refresh Database.

"Database refresh fails with the error below:
Total possible blocks of database Consol exceeds the limit, which is [2^52], or [4.5036e+15], for each of two dimension groups."

This is a Groovy based business rule, that can be executed before a Refresh Database. Results from this utility can be plotted on attached formula-based Excel sheet. The sheet has calculated formula cells, that help determine if Essbase block limit is hit, based on new metadata change. Thus preventing Refresh Database error.
