How to change an account for Punchout Catalog that has mapping set
Hi Oracle,
My customer needs to change the account that is already using a mapping set. After the requisition is submitted, the account rolled back to “67010”. Although the system allows to change the account, the system restricted the change.
The user is changing the account from "67010" to "68310" while creating a requisition using a Punchout Catalog, however, after the requisition is submitted the account rolled back to “67010”. Although the system allows to change the account, the system restricted the change rolled it back. (I am not sure if it is a system error or not: there is a Service Request related to the same 3-36371003461)
