For the Approve action in workflow, can the email be turned off?

Summary:

I have set up a process that will automatically submit an approved quote to create the order. By doing this, the users that have submitted the quote into the workflow do not need to receive an email informing them that it has been approved. But looking at the Approve workflow action, I am not seeing a way of stopping an email template from being sent out. The only choices are to send out a custom email template or a system generated one. Is there a way to have no emails being sent out after a quote
