Shipping Label at the time of Manifesting OBLPN

Hello,

Is there a way to automatically trigger a Shipping Label for a parcel OBLPN?

Parcel OBLPNs that are auto manifested do not print a label. For parcel OBLPNs when we manually manifest, selecting the Printer from the dropdown in the Manifest does not send a label.
