Reconciliation Compliance - Summary Reconciliation Status Update Issue

We are facing an issue with the update behavior of the Summary Reconciliation status in Reconciliation Compliance.

Current Behaviour:

• When a Summary Reconciliation has a status of "Closed".
• If a preparer performs an action that reopens a child reconciliation associated with the Summary Reconciliation.
• The Summary Reconciliation itself does not automatically update its status to "Open" to reflect the reopened child.

Expected Behaviour:
The Summary Reconciliation status should automatically update to "Open" when any child reconciliation associated with it is reopened.

Impact:
This discrepancy creates a situation where the Summary Reconciliation status might not accurately reflect the actual state of its child reconciliations. This can lead to confusion and potential errors in the reconciliation process.
