LTL mode is not respecting Location Calendar

Summary:

We have a location calendar defined for the pickup and receive hours based on the specific transport mode and using external rating for LTL mode. We have noticed that LTL mode is not respecting location calendar.

We can't have calendar at the LTL rate service level because the pickup timings are different based on the different locations. So if we apply calendar at the rate service level, it will be applicable to all locations.

If anyone has gone through similar issue, then kindly share the idea, how you handled this issue. Please post your suggestions to resolve this issue.
