OTBI Comparison between two tables with the same fields in one table

I would need some help with this idea of an analysis.

The idea would be to make a comparison in a single table of two different tables with the same fields. Something like this

But each table should be filtered with a different date that the user input manually. Like two differents propmt dates that allows you to see the difference in the fields on each date. Something to see the department and job information in a specific date and something to see the another department and job information in another specific date and it allows you to make the comparison in the same table.
