why Read, No access and Full access are working same in contracts

  1. Let me know the functionality of Read, No access and Full access in contracts and what exactly roles need to be given for Read, No access and Full access users?
  2. If user has been given "Read" access then he should not be able to edit the contract as per the standard functionality but it is not happening in the system. After given "Read" access user is able to edit the contract. Even after doing "Set Up Read-Only Contract User", user is still able to amend the contract. Let me know how to restrict user to read only access?
  3. If User has " No access" then still user will be able to see the contract as per the standard functionality because that user is a resource under the same BU as the contract is created will be able to see it even then 'no access' option is selected.
