Create Worker with EFF

Summary:

Create pending worker with EFF populated

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We are creating pending worker records and are required to populates some bonus info on the worker EFF object.

Does this have to be done in 2 calls or can it be done in a single call.

I can see posts on how to PATCH the EFF but nothing on creating, either as part of the worker creation or as a child process.

Any assistance would be great, especially a sample payload.
