Does Oracle Support anything other than XML-1 and any plans to support XML-3, XML-9, XML-12

It is my understanding that currently Oracle only supports XML 1.0.

Many banks globally have implemented XML version 3 (XML3) as well as version 9 and some are moving towards version 12.

Could you please confirm if Oracle supports anything other than XML 1 and, if in 2024, Oracle plans to support ( e.g. for Payments ) at least XML 3 or XML 9?

Is there any relevant documentation that we can be pointed to?
