Cybersource Token Length Greater than 30 characters

edited Apr 29, 2024 7:37AM in Order Management 1 comment

Summary:

When importing orders from 3rd party with tokens on the orders, the order is erroring because the token is 32 characters long and the limit is 30. This payment token is in the Order Management Import FBDI.

Is there a way to handle imported orders with Cybersource tokens that are 32 characters long? Previously, we were notified that there is not a way around this and Oracle advised to shorten the length .

The client has expressed concerns that shortening the length from a 32-digit, alpha-numeric Cybersource payment token to a 22-digit, numeric token will make the token less robust. Is there an option that might allow them to still use their 32-digit token in Oracle?

Howdy, Stranger!
