Hi,

when an Agent accepts a Chat and he has another dashboard tab already open in the console, the Chat tab is not put in the foreground. So the Chat tab is visible next to the Dashboard tab, but the dashboard tab is still fully displayed. The Chat tab has to be clicked to show the Chat workspace.

Is there a setting to bring the Chat tab automatically into the foreground when an Agent accepts a Chat?
