Pre Built integration for 3PL companies

Summary:

Our Customer, despite not being a legitimate 3PL, has 4 companies on the same site, sharing the same storage structure. Therefore, we decided to use the Parent/Child companies structure. Can pre-built integrations between INV x WMS meet this demand? If not, is there any alternative such as creating different instances in the OIC and installing them individually?
