24A: Requirement to modify Label for Company and Defaulting Country in Supplier Next Gen Page

We have a requirement to modify the Label for Company to Company Name and defaulting Country to United States in Supplier Self - Service Next Generation Page (Redwood) in 24A Oracle Fusion. Is this feasible to achieve the requirement mentioned.Below is the screen shot where we need modification:

We were trying to achieve this by creating New Rule sets for these two fields and assigning template for each fields one with Label change and other by assigning default value of "United States" but it did not work.

Please advise.
