Change outside processing deliver to location

Summary:

Customer Nova has a manufacturing facility and a warehouse at close but different location. They are treating both sites as one inventory org and manufacturing plant. They are using outside processing and in some cases want the product to be delivered to the manufacturing facility and other case to the warehouse.

On the OSP PO the location seems to be coming from the inventory org location and they can't change it on the PO to tell the supplier which site they must deliver the finished intermediates to.

Is there anyway to change the location on an OSP purchase order?
