Unable to add SQL based Dashboard prompt
Summary:
Hi All,
I am trying to add an SQL based Dashboard Prompt and facing the Error:
Failed to load(Error during query processing (SQLExecDirectW).
The SQL I tried to add was a simple SELECT PERSON_NUMBER FROM PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F.
Btw I am trying to add a BI report in Dashboard and since the BI report Parameters were not visible directly on Dashboard, I was adding Prompt.
Is this expected? We cannot used SQL statements like this in prompt? We need to use the Subject area related queries only?
Appreciate your help. PFA screens.
Thanks,
Abhishek
