Integration of Volunteering with the "Associations and Volunteering" section of the person's profile

After completing a volunteering project, we would like it to be possible to add the information from that project to the "Associations and Volunteering" content section or better for this information to be synchronized after completing a volunteer action within the Volunteering module.

After completing a volunteering project, the information should be automatically added to the person's profile in the "Associations and Volunteering" section so that it would be considered as a volunteering action that he or she participated in. How would this be possible?
