Summary:

What could be the cause of this ?
Issue :-Managers are entering the comments for the annual review for their teams.

The page is then refreshing (looks like it’s trying to autosave) and this is deleting everything they have typed.

Please can you review as a priority and let me know how we can fix this? Our annual review deadline is on Monday next week (15th April) so a lot of managers are finalizing their data entry this week.

Output replicate: -

  • Setup is fine.
  • Tried replicating issue in test it was coming as expected -after every entry they need to save and submit.
