Reassign direct reports and Add direct reports missing on Redwood Employment pages

Summary:

In our responsive data change (transfer) transaction, we are able to select these two sections at the start of our transaction:

We also have an Assignment Extra Information section displayed:

When I am looking at the Data Change page under Visual Builder Studio, I'm seeing the Constants for the following, which may be the three missing sections I'm after.

How do I go about getting these three missing sections present in my redwood transaction? When I click the plus button on the three sections in the page properties, I don't understand what I'm needing to add/do.
