Visual Builder Cloud Services schema change to use new Visual Builder Studio functionalities in 23D.

We have implemented VBCS on PAAS schema and to use the new features of VBS now, the entire VBCS Schema is supposed to be changed from PAAS to SAAS. which means, all the custom forms to be exported, PAAS schema to be decommissioned, SAAS schema to be built and all the custom forms to be imported again. not automated feature for import and export but to be managed manually. Any help on this please?
