Outbound Shipment request do not consider MRSL

Hi,

Items that are lot control with expiry Date are stored and shipped by 3PL warehouse - we are using Outbound shipment request with the 3PL

items with no stock are not interfaced by the shipment request to 3Pl

but item that have stock that is a low shelf life should not be considered as stock,

or customers order with long shelf life requirements - should not be interfaced to the 3pl

How can we achieve it?
