Under our HCM support identifier, I cannot select service type Visual Builder Studio when raising an SR. With the help of our CSM, we learned that VBS is a shared component and apparently underneath the hood VBS was already part of one of our Paas CSIs. I have now raised an SR service type Visual Builder Studio under that other CSI, but I doubt if it got assigned to the correct support team. The engineer refers to 'Oracle Developer Cloud Service' documentation. I explained we are an HCM VBS customer and not an ODCS customer. I was wondering if we
