Edit only few fields on person management

Hello,

We have a requirement that Benefits team should be able to edit only few fields (highlighted in yellow) on Person Management and rest all should be read only. I know we can do it via page composer through an EL expression but that is taking lot of time as we have to go field by field and then apply the EL expression. We have developed the solution via responsive UI but the client would like to have this on person management as well.
