Transactions are not picked up in "Match" for Many to Many

Summary:

We have a Many-Many match rules set up for client with daily load of transactions
in to each account. The transactions that are obvious match are not picked up
for Match and is left with unmatched status.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Transactions are loaded on daily basis and auto match is run every day to match transaction
coming in. Although transaction that are loaded same time are not getting
matched. The rule for Many to Many is very simple with no Group or tolerance.
Amount, and 2 other attribute has to match exactly.
