What next after Download the ADF personalization from your HCM environment

I have competed the downloading ADF personalization from your HCM environment and followed the steps until - What's next step after this? I am unable to follow the instructions.
Download the ADF personalization from your HCM environment using below navigation and place in the working directory.
- Go to Navigator → Configuration → Migration
- Click on Create Migration Set in the Outgoing tile
- Click on Move All Changes and provide a name for the Configuration Set
- ADF personalizations are exported by default as part of module “Application artifacts” hence, all other options can be unchecked
- Some other modules are exported by default such as “Analytics”, “CRM common components”. Those can be ignored.
