Person Profile for Skills Section on Requisition Page

Summary:

Hello,

we have made the Skills Section visible in the Job Requisition Page, because we want to be able to add some skills as required, every time we post a new Job Position.

We found in the documentation, that in order to make the Skills Section editable, we have to:

1. configure a Person Profile for Skills and

2. create a Job Profile based on the Person Profile.

Therefore, we created a Person Profile, using "Skills" as the template and it worked.

However, our client is asking for a custom section for skills; this section is based on a Person Profile, which uses "Competencies" and not "Skills" as a template. The reason why they want to use this person profile is because the competencies template offers the possibility to select Skills from a List of Values (while the according field in the Skills Template is text only).

Howdy, Stranger!
