We've developed a REST service utilizing the Receivables Standard Receipt SOAP service Operation . This service manages the application of one receipt to one transaction. If multiple invocations of this service occur simultaneously for the same transaction but with different receipts, Getting Error, AR-855636</NUMBER><TEXT>APPLY : ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout
