Need Planned Order dates after the processing lead time

In Unconstrained supply plan: Suggested Dock Date is coming within the processing lead time days showing the compression days. Client wants no Suggested Dock Dates to show it within the duration of Processing Lead times mentioned in Item Master.

Unconstrained Supply Plan is used. Processing Lead times are used in Item Master. Suggested Dock Dates are controlled based on carrier-org calendar assignment. "Enforce Purchasing Lead Time" flag in item master is set to 'Yes'. This is for Buy items. Collections are scheduled to run every day. We are using Daily buckets. Can we somehow restrict the plan to show the planned orders only AFTER the Processing Lead Time days?
