Route incidents to different queues based on different chat hours

Hi,
i have 2 different set of chat hours in a day as 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. and 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M
if any chat comes in between 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M, i want to move this incident to Queue A.
for 12:00 P.M. and 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M move to Queue B.
is this requirement possible in RighNow.
