ARCS Netsuite Integration - Issue with NSAR Saved Searches

We have configured the connection between ARCS and Netsuite and can successfully load data to Data Integration/Management Workbench) using the NSAR Saved Searches in the Data Source Allow List. We need to customise the Saved Searches to include the entity name that is used in ARCS (we will also need to do this for the Planning and FCC applications as well). The Saved Search has been changed to include a CustomField - Subsidiary:Oracle Sub ID (Custom) where the entity name (3 digit number) is stored.

When we run the Saved Search in Netsuite all the data is retrieved correctly. When configure the Data Integration, the Dimensions available in the Application don't include those highlighted in the above screen shot of the saved Search .
