Can we add additional Country into Predefined Country list?

Hi,

I have a requirement to add "Resident" as Country in Oracle Fusion Application. We have country field available in many areas like "National Identifiers" and "Passport Info" regions.

I have added new country into "Nationality" lookup but it's not showing in Countries list. May i know what's the lookup for Country filed and can we add new country in the list?

Please see the attachment where we are having country fields which I'm referring.
