Can we have locations not dedicated to a company while using Location Size type?

Summary:

We have a setup where one facility has multiple companies. We have items in all companies with same Putaway Types & Location size types. Putaway Types & Location size types are configured at each company level. We do not need location to be dedicated to any company but location size type is configured at company level. During system driven putaway, we need system to suggest a location based on location size type and not based on company.
