Validation for DFFs - Ship Method combination - Carrier, Mode of Transport & Service Level

We have configured Carrier, Mode of Transport & Service Levels as 3 different DFFs at Customer Ship To site level.

Currently, any combination of Carrier, Mode of Transport, and Service Level can be entered on the customer ship to sites (based on all values that exist for that field), but many of these combinations are not valid Shipping Methods which have been defined under Manage Carriers.

Can we have any validation applied (at value set level / at Save - when the DFF values are entered at site) which prevents User to add any invalid combinations of these 3 fields and only the values corresponds to a valid Ship Method
