Query to get the tax name and rate from a draft invoice under contract

I need to retrieve the tax name and tax rate applied on the draft invoice (without calculating it manually) under contract management. In the tables pjb_inv_line_dists and pjb_invoice_lines, I only have the amount after the tax is applied OUTPUT_TAX_AMT and the OUTPUT_TAX_CLASS_CODE.

Please advise.
