Smartview cell Blank in Ad hoc

Hi all

We have an installation of SV 24.100 with Office 2019 on Windows 11 where the cells are blank and the "cell style" formatting is not reflected.

we tried the following to resolve the issue:

1. Resintall of Office
2. Resintallation of smartview and extension Admin Planning
3. Reactivated the Microsoft .NET
4. Ckecked addins Hsbar and HsAddin.dll were correctly uploaded.
5. install Smartview Browser extension
6. Checked we have Admin right on the machine and installed as Admin Sview.

Can someone let me know if they are encountered this issue and how it was resolved?
