Open Content Server PDF in new Tab

Hi All,

We have uploaded a pdf on content server and added the to in Announcement. When we are clicking the link in announcement, it is opening the PDF in same tab but our requirement is to open the PDF in new Tab. Can someone guide us how to open the pdf in new tab. We have already added &noSaveAs=1 at the end of link but still it opens in same tab.
