How to disable Lookup Codes or delete them out of Manage Position Lookups

Summary:

We have a bunch of seeded-application lookup codes (according to both or either HR_LOOKUPS and HCM_LOOKUPS data table where it shows created by "SEED_DATA_FROM_APPLICATION") that need to be either deleted or inactivated because they're showing up in certain drop-downs that are confusing our end-users. Temporarily, we've renamed them to "DNU" for "Do Not Use", but since there are several, they are numbered because you can't have duplicates and know which applies to which record here, so they're listed as DNU1, DNU2, DNU3, etc.

If at minimum we could somehow hide these codes completely, that would be ideal.
