Scheduling environment refreshes during Cloud Console conversion period

Hello,

We are in the process of being converted to the new Cloud Console experience. I will need to refresh the majority of our environments in June 2024 after our Production environment receives the upgrade to 24B and all environments have been migrated to the new Cloud Console. Should I wait until the full migration is complete and use the self-service options, or should I go ahead and request the refreshes via SR? I ask because I typically request our refreshes 10-12 weeks in advance to make sure we get the refresh dates we require, and I need to start that
