Availablility of functionality in Narrative Reporting

Summary:

Is there a functionality available in Narrative Reporting, wherein the numbers in the report on the application are formatted in Millions. When the report is extracted to Excel through the application, the number should still be in millions. But when a user clicks on the cell, the number should show an absolute amount in the formula bar in Excel.
